Department of obstetrics and gynaecology deals up with the quintessential function of female reproduction, disease and homoeopathic management of female reproductive system. Our duty is to train the fledglings, promote and disseminate awareness through the skilled personnel and novice homoeopathic fraternity and students. The department is employed with homoeopathic head, two guest faculty professors from the modern medicine and one Homoeopathic assistant professor. Department room is well fitted with demonstrative cutting edge technological equipment, all the required accessories such as models, instruments, charts, specimens and clinical facilities. Clinical classes, theoretical and practical classes have been conducted apart from scheduled preventive social camps as well as clinical trials. Clinical classes are conducted at advanced hospital by homoeopathic and guest faculties of modern medicine as well. The academic and practical syllabus is followed in a scheduled manner as prescribed by RGUHS. Students are taught by the integrated teaching from modern as well as homoeopathic community for more comprehensible and pragmatic therapeutic approach. Students are been allowed to participate in social programmes and clinical research programmes, seminars and management protocols for a better involvement and a personal evolution that makes them strong enough to understand the needs of the society, fuel their passion improve their credibility and tweak their practical ken and resolute. Students are enthused about participating in various programmes conducted by Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences as well as National level voluntary programmes and competitions where they have outstanding achievements as well as academic publications.
